By accessing and using the platforms, websites, infoproducts, software licenses (SaaS), or web applications (InfoApps) provided by Infobrasil digital, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Software and Application License

When you acquire access to one of our SaaS software tools or InfoApps, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license, strictly in accordance with these terms:

• Prohibitions: It is expressly forbidden to reverse engineer, decompile, copy code snippets, resell, or distribute our applications without authorization.
• System Abuse: Any attempt to overload servers, perform harmful automated scanning (malicious crawling), or exploit security vulnerabilities will result in immediate account termination without refund.

2. Intellectual Property

All content contained in our infoproducts (including the Saladas no Pote ebook and its respective video lessons), page designs, copywriting/scripts generated, and software source codes belong to Infobrasil digital. Downloading any material grants only personal and educational rights, and unauthorized public commercial distribution remains strictly prohibited.

3. Accounts and Security

When creating an account on our tools or in the infoproduct members area, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You are fully responsible for any activity conducted through your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our software, InfoApps, and infoproducts are provided "as is". Although we perform extensive conversion testing on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads, Infobrasil digital does not guarantee specific revenues or financial results, as performance depends on individual execution and traffic investments of each user.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon the publication of the updated version on this page.
